DVUSC Clubhouse Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the DVUSC Clubhouse, the private social media network for junior DVUSC players. To ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all members, we have established the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using the DVUSC Clubhouse, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is restricted to registered junior players of DVUSC and their parents or guardians.
• Each member must have their own account; sharing of accounts is prohibited.

2. Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to communicate respectfully and courteously at all times.
• Harassment, bullying, and discriminatory language or behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Members must not post or share any content that is offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.

3. Privacy and Security

• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Content Sharing

• Content shared within the DVUSC Clubhouse should be relevant to club activities and interests.
• Members must obtain permission before sharing images, videos, or personal details of others.
• Any copyrighted material must be shared with proper attribution or with the necessary permissions.

5. Role of Adult/Parent Moderators

• Adult/parent moderators are appointed to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and to maintain a safe community environment.
• Moderators have the authority to review content, mediate disputes, and enforce community standards.
• Moderators may remove any content or restrict access to members who violate these terms.
• Any concerns or reports of inappropriate behavior should be directed to the moderators promptly.

6. Reporting Violations

• Members are encouraged to report any violations of these terms and conditions to the moderators immediately.
• All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated thoroughly.

7. Disciplinary Actions

• Violations of the terms and conditions may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the DVUSC Clubhouse.
• The severity of disciplinary actions will be determined by the nature of the violation and at the discretion of the moderators.

8. Amendments

• DVUSC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued use of the DVUSC Clubhouse following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
